In 2019, remote businesses made up 16% of today global companies. Since then, employees and employers have been thrust into a new world of distributed work. Traumatic shifts aside, research shows that the benefits of remote work for businesses and employees are enormous, with significant impacts on employee productivity, health, and satisfaction, as well as lowering business expenses and employee turnover.
