San Diego Startup Month 2020

Zach Nies, Managing Director of Techstars Sustainability in Partnership with the Nature Conservancy, will teach you how to gain a better understanding of your customers so you can build a product they want.  At the beginning of a startup it’s natural to focus most of your energy on building out the solution. The key is to first focus on understanding the needs of your customers from their point of view. This unlocks the ability to build a great product for them. This workshop will outline a customer development approach to build world class products.
