Denise Longley founded Longley Capital with the objective to invest in meaningful companies at the forefront of emerging technologies. Denise has extensive experience helping companies scale and mitigate risk, both as an investor and operator in the private and public markets.

Prior to Longley Capital, Denise was the Business Modeling Leader in Southern California at EY, after spending 5 years with the firm in NYC building the valuation and financial modeling practice and bringing several new services to market. Previously, Denise held corporate strategy and analytics roles at Encore Capital, where she was actively involved in many of the firm’s investments. She also led the development of a new channel from a finance and operations perspective. Denise started her career at HSBC as an analyst.

Denise earned a BS in Management Science, magna cum laude, from UCSD and an MBA from the Rady School of Management where she currently serves on the Alumni Board. As a native of Zurich, Switzerland Denise is fluent in German, French, Spanish and English.
