Victoria is a Partner at The Lancer Group, a private equity advisory and executive search firm that connects PE firms and their portfolio companies in software with high impact leaders. Via her consulting company, Victoria has served in numerous executive roles for clients in the sustainability space, and built and sold two companies. Victoria also cofounded the San Diego Changemaker Chat series, a women focused educational series. She is on the Board for the San Diego Air & Space Museum and Tech Coast Angels SD. She served as the TCA chair of the 2018 and 2019 Quick Pitch with TCA, SDVG and Cox Business, one of the area’s largest pitch competitions. Victoria was recognized as one of San Diego’s 40 Business Leaders Under 40 by the San Diego Business Journal. Prior to San Diego, Victoria was in capital raising and investor relations for Apollo Global Management and Water Asset Management working with some of the country’s largest institutional investors.
